Skyrays Travel Solutions Pvt Ltd (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to safeguarding your privacy. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, website, and booking processes.

By accessing or using our website, mobile applications, or availing any of our travel services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to the terms of these Terms.

1. Booking and Payment Terms

• All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
• Full payment is required in advance for airline ticket issuance. If airfares increase before ticketing, the difference must be borne by the traveler or an alternate option may be proposed.
• Partial payments toward flight bookings do not guarantee fare or reservation unless the balance is paid within the stipulated deadline.
• All packages confirmed in foreign currency are subject to exchange rate (ROE) fluctuations. The final amount is calculated as per ROE + ₹0.50 on the day of final payment.

2. Changes & Modifications

• Any modification of travel dates, accommodation, or itinerary is subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
• We do not guarantee acceptance of post-booking changes, and additional costs due to such changes will be the traveler’s responsibility.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@skyraystravelsolutions.com.
• Refunds, if applicable, are processed only after we receive them from respective suppliers, including airlines, hotels, and transport operators.
• We do not issue refunds in advance or independently of the supplier’s refund process.
• Token amounts are non-refundable, except in specific cases such as natural disasters (at our discretion).

4. No-Show and Unused Services

• Failure to appear at the scheduled travel start date or location will be treated as a No-Show, resulting in 100% forfeiture of the booking amount.
• No refunds will be issued for any partially used services, including but not limited to hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, or transfers.

5. Visa, Passport, and Travel Documents

• We provide visa assistance but do not influence the visa approval or rejection decision. This lies entirely with the concerned embassy or consulate.
• In case of visa rejection, refunds will be as per the cancellation policy.
• The traveler is responsible for obtaining any transit visas where required.

6. Inclusions & Exclusions

• The scope of the services provided is strictly limited to the Inclusions mentioned in your booking confirmation.
• Any services not explicitly listed (e.g., meals, entry tickets, porterage, early check-in/late checkout) are excluded unless specifically agreed upon in writing.

7. Travel Insurance

• We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical emergencies, theft, loss of belongings, and trip delays.
• Skyrays Travel Solutions shall not be liable for any losses arising due to the absence of adequate insurance.

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delay or disruption in services due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Acts of God
• Natural disasters
• Political unrest or war
• Government regulations or travel bans
• Strikes or industrial disputes
• Health emergencies or Pandemics/epidemics

In such cases, refunds or rescheduling options, if available, will be at the discretion of the suppliers involved.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Skyrays Travel Solutions acts only as an agent for hotels, airlines, transport providers, and other service suppliers.
• We are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused due to actions or failures of third-party suppliers.
• Under no circumstances shall our liability exceed the total amount paid by the traveler for the affected booking.

10. User Conduct on Website

• Users must not upload or transmit any malicious code, content that violates any law, or attempt unauthorized access to the website or related systems.
• We reserve the right to block access to any user engaging in abusive, fraudulent, or illegal activity.

11. Intellectual Property

• All content on our website including images, text, logos, and design are the intellectual property of Skyrays Travel Solutions and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.

13. Updates to These Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Effective Date." Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
