Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Skyrays Travel Solutions Pvt. Ltd., we understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be transparent while reflecting the terms set by our partner airlines, hotels, and service providers. By booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. How to Cancel a Booking

All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to: info@skyraystravelsolutions.com
The effective date for calculating applicable cancellation charges will be the date of receipt of your email.

2. Refund Eligibility

• Refunds are subject to the refund policies of the respective suppliers, including airlines, hotels, transport operators, and visa agents.
• We will initiate any applicable refunds only after receiving the refunded amount from the respective service provider.
• We are not liable to issue any advance refunds on behalf of suppliers.

3. Cancellation Charges (Land Package & Tour Services)

15–29 days	75% of the total package cost
Less than 15 days	100% of the total package cost
No Show / Not Informed	100% of the package cost

Refunds are not applicable for partially used services or No-Shows.

4. Non-Refundable Components

• Token amounts (except in case of natural disasters, at our discretion)
• Visa fees and handling charges
• Convenience fees, discounts, and service charges
• Any non-refundable component declared by the supplier

5. Flight / Train / Bus Ticket Cancellations

These are governed by the respective carrier’s cancellation policy. Convenience charges and service fees are always non-refundable.

6. Visa & Documentation

• We assist in visa application but do not guarantee approval. The decision lies with the embassy/consulate.
• In case of visa rejection, refunds follow the package’s cancellation terms.
• Customers must obtain any required transit visa on their own.

7. Processing Fee

All eligible refunds are subject to a minimum processing fee of ₹500 per person per ticket, which covers administrative and bank transaction costs, regardless of the reason for cancellation

8. Refund Timeline

Once a refund is approved and received from the supplier, it will be processed by us within 15 working days. We are not responsible for any delays by banks or gateways.

9. TCS (Tax Collected at Source)

TCS is non-refundable. It can, however, be claimed as a credit while filing your income tax return.

10. Force Majeure

No refunds will be granted if services are canceled or disrupted due to events beyond our control, including:

• Natural disasters
• Pandemics or health emergencies
• Political unrest or war
• Flight disruptions or cancellations
• Government-imposed travel restrictions

11. No Liability for External Losses

We shall not be liable for any indirect loss, including but not limited to loss of employment, missed connections, or denied boarding, arising due to cancellation or delay by the supplier or client.

12. Changes or Cancellations by Suppliers

If a supplier cancels or significantly changes your service, we will facilitate an alternate option or refund as per the supplier’s policy. We are not responsible for direct or indirect losses.

13. Calculation of Cancellation Fees

Cancellation fees are based on the total invoice value, regardless of whether the full payment has been made.
