Refund Policy

Effective Date: 1 April 2025

At Skyrays Travel Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we strive to offer seamless travel planning and booking services. However, we understand that certain circumstances may require clients to cancel or modify their travel plans. This Refund Policy outlines the procedures, conditions, and limitations applicable to refund requests.

1. General Policy

All refund requests are governed by the terms and conditions of the respective service providers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, tour operators, and transport providers (collectively referred to as “Suppliers”).

We act as an intermediary and can process refunds only upon receipt of the refunded amount from the relevant Supplier. We do not issue refunds in advance or independently of the Supplier’s refund process or approval.

2. Supplier Refund Timelines

Each Supplier has its own refund policy and processing timeline. While we make every effort to follow up and expedite the process, the final timing and amount of any refund are solely dependent on the Supplier’s policy and procedures.

Refunds, once received from the Supplier, are typically processed by us within 7 to 15 business days of receipt, unless otherwise stated.

If you wish to cancel a confirmed booking, the applicable cancellation fees (as per the Supplier’s policy) will be deducted from any eligible refund. In some cases, no refund may be available depending on the timing or type of service.

Refund requests must be made in writing to our support team at info@skyraystravelsolutions.com and include the booking reference number and reason for cancellation.

5. Cancellation or Modification by Supplier

In the event a Supplier cancels or significantly modifies a booked service (e.g., flight, accommodation), we will assist in securing a refund or alternate arrangements in accordance with the Supplier’s policies. We shall not be liable for any indirect losses or additional costs incurred due to such changes.

6. Mode of Refund

Approved refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise requested and agreed upon in writing. We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways once the refund has been processed on our end.

7. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any refunds, delays, or non-performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, war, strikes, or changes in government regulations.

In case of disputes relating to refund eligibility or amounts, we recommend first contacting our support team. If unresolved, such disputes shall be subject to the governing laws of India, and the courts of Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
